Spacious apartment located in a beautiful complex with garden and swimming pool in Montemarcello, one of the 100 Most Beautiful Villages in Italy. Ideal place for your relaxing vacation pampered by the comforts of the structure.
The location is optimal to reach the Cinque Terre, Lerici, La Spezia, Sarzana, Tellaro and Portovenere moving in one direction and Versilia with Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi and the Apuan Alps proceeding from the other.
One can also reach Pisa in an hour's drive.

The Space
The apartment is one of the 5 that make up the Casa fra gli Ulivi complex, a relaxing oasis surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and all the comforts offered by the facility. The accommodation, large in size and embellished with fine finishes, parquet floors and white Carrara marble, consists of a living area with sofa, armchair, smart TV and dining table. A French window leads to the private outdoor patio, with table, chairs and a barbecue. Here you can have fun with lunches and dinners outside, fully enjoying the summer days or evenings.
Adjacent to the living room you will find the kitchen, equipped with appliances and an American-style countertop, ideal for your breakfasts or meals.
There is also everything you may need for storing, preparing and eating meals inside the house: stove with gas stove, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, kettle, coffee maker, cooking utensils and dishes. There is also a dishwasher.
There are five beds in the house : in fact, in the first room you will find a double bed while in the second room you will find two French beds and an additional single bed for the fifth guest.
Next to the first bedroom is a bathroom complete with sanitary ware, whirlpool tub and whirlpool shower. The second room also has a bathroom also complete with sanitary ware, classic bathtub and shower.

Free WI-FI connection service is present.
There is air conditioning that can be used at an extra cost.
For the winter months there is independent heating with radiators or hot air splits, always usable at an extra cost.

The outdoor area shared with other guests, on the other hand, consists of the beautiful garden and the large swimming pool, equipped with shower, solarium with deck chairs and relaxation area with gazebo, small table and armchairs, the ideal place to cool off and relax on hot summer days.

The pool is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The facility does not have private parking, but about 100 meters from the entrance there is free public parking where there are always free spaces for guests.

Pets are not allowed.

Access for guests
The apartment is private so is its outdoor patio from which it is accessed through the house. In contrast, the main entrance to the complex, the garden, the swimming pool and adjacent relaxation area as well as the solarium are shared with other guests. The upper floor of the building is inhabited by the owners. We therefore ask you to maintain a consensual and polite behavior and to respect the common areas and other people.

COSTS AND EXTRA SERVICES :

1) The municipality of Ameglia, of which the hamlet of Montemarcello is a part, requires the payment of the tourist tax, which will be collected in cash upon arrival at the property by those who will check in.
2) It is possible on request to use our linen (sheets and towels) for an extra charge
3) It is possible upon request and subject to availability to rent a private boat, with or without a driver, for a day ( 10 a.m.-6 p.m., price to be determined)
4) It is possible on request and subject to availability to use a 9-seater van with driver (price to be determined)
5) It is possible on request to use a SPA with sauna and whirlpool at extra cost
6) It is possible on request and subject to availability to have a baby crib at the price of € 30 per stay (basic linen included)
7) It is possible on request and upon availability to have single and couple massage service (price to be determined)
8) Air conditioning available at 10€ per day
9) Heating available at 15€ per day
10) It is possible on request and upon availability to use the service of a home cook (price to be determined according to the type of dinner and the number of people)
11) An extra cost of €10 per guest per night will be charged for each extra guest.
12) Check-in time is from 3 pm to 6 pm.
Check in and check out outside the hours is often allowed, by prior arrangement and paying an extra charge of €15 each guest to the person who will check in (6-9 pm, early check in before 3 pm). For later times, if it is possible for us to arrange, the fee may be higher.

IMPORTANT: We do not accept more than 2 children per reservation, otherwise we may have difficulty maintaining peace within our facility.

How to get to Casa tra gli Ulivi :

Travel along the A12/E80 highway , take the Sarzana exit and proceed in the direction of Ameglia to the hamlet of Montemarcello.

Traveling by public transportation, the nearest train station is Sarzana from where you can get to Montemarcello using the bus line. The stop is 100 meters from the facility.
